On my weight loss/diet. I haven't weighed myself, and don't intend to just yet, but I've finally gotten to eating how I was the last time I lost weight, and it's exactly where I want to be. It hasn't been a one day thing, but I have eaten well (and haven't cheated) for the last eight days.
This next week, I will continue eating well (without cheating), and I will progress my walking from 30-45 minutes, to one hour to one hour and 20 minutes. Using a treadmill isn't really an option for me, as it's hotter than hot in this house (and we're not using the air, even though it's in the upper 90's to 100 degrees.
